Order Processing

PROGAIN follows an environmentally conscious on-demand production model to reduce unnecessary waste.

Depending on the product type, orders are typically shipped within 2–35 days after the order is placed.

Processing Time by Product Type

• FAST DELIVERY Products
  Products labeled with FAST DELIVERY are in-stock items and are usually shipped within 1–3 business days.

• PRE-ORDER DISCOUNT Products
  Products labeled with PRE-ORDER DISCOUNT are pre-sale or made-to-order items.
  These products require an estimated production time of approximately 30 days before shipment.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Standaardverzending is de enige verzendmethode. Verzending is gratis bij een producttotaal vanaf US$150 na korting, exclusief belastingen en verzendkosten. Onder US$150 bedragen de verzendkosten US$10 per bestelling. Voor andere valuta geldt het equivalente bedrag tegen de wisselkoers van de winkel.

De verzendtijd is exclusief productie- en verwerkingstijd.

Delivery Time & Tracking

Delivery time varies depending on destination and shipping method.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.

Delivery Issues & Claims

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you experience any delivery issues (including missing packages, incorrect delivery, or visible damage), please contact us within 3 days from the delivery date shown in the tracking system.

If no notification is received within 3 days, the order will be considered successfully delivered, and we may be unable to process related claims or requests.

Custom Duties

2) PROGAIN cannot provide any advice or information about a country’s tax rates and tariffs, as they may vary.

3) All customs duties, taxes, and other fees must be paid by customers in accordance with local customs policies.

4) Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you’ve ordered from us arrive in your country. Jewelries are a commonly taxed item, so we’d strongly recommend you check.
